Palate: A lingering rich mid note on the front of the palate, sherry cask notes flow alongside some orchard fruits, some chocolate and vanilla, soft toasted cinnamon buns and lingering spices.

The Bourbon for this single barrel from EH Taylor - made at the same distillery as Buffalo Trace - has been matured in Warehouse C
