Franklin Theater Color Central Park as the light was soThe Franklin Theater first opened its doors in 1937 but finally closed in 2007 due to rising rents and the deteriorating building. Non Profits and the county donated $8 million to restore it and 3 years later re opened, now offering frequent live music events on top of being a movie theater. The town of Franklin is particularly sentimental to me, as it is where, at the age of 20, I sold my very first canvas print and that event launched my career as
