Small batch distilled with 12 botanicals including star anise, lemon myrtle, angelica root and Tasmanian native pepper berry. This gin is earthy and robust with Tasmanian native pepper berries, citrus and nutty with a long lingering finish. Best enjoyed over ice, in a classic martini or a negroni.
