Kakuzou Shochu Sake_Junmai Ginjo - Japanese Craft-Gin TastingThe Kakuzou Shochu from Omoya Shuzo is a genuine Iki Shochu, as it comes directly from Iki Island, the birthplace of barley shochu (mugi). It is a Genshu Shochu with 41% vol., i. e. an undiluted Shochu with a particularly unique and complex taste. It impresses with intense notes of roasted barley, almost reminiscent of popcorn.
