There's a hint of oak spice here but it is very subtle and beautifully melded with the fresh fruit of the variety

Like the Gerbotte, the medium weight flavors are impressively dense with a succulent and opulent texture, all wrapped in a slightly austere, nicely dry and lingering finale. This is also a bit rustic, but I like the balance.
