There are 2 layers of gathered fabric on the crinoline with 3 ruffly tiers on each one. The crinoline has a lot of body to it and can even stand upright by itself. Although it is crisp fabric for plenty of fullness under your vintage dress or square dance skirt, it is not scratchy like

and glamour

The neckline is trimmed with twisted satin trim surrounding it in a darker green

I could wear them but they need to be "worked on" like most vintage gloves

You do not see these lovely vintage bridal trousseau nightgowns much any more and especially one lavished with so much lace and detailing

My model is a Size 6 & I could not get it zipped up all the way in the back (see back photo) so this is a dress for a smaller size than Size 6

Condition: Very good - some light pilling which could be removed and I would suggest a dry cleaning to freshen up the sweater

A few pin pricks of soiing on the skirt which are minute

Waist: 40 in

It has an "aged" look to it in a vintage off white or ivory with black ornate script lettering

The puff sleeves are gorgeous and full with a beautiful ruffle on the ends along with a pink satin ribbon threaded thought the top of the lace ruffle
