I have had this fan for decades packed away and came across it the other day. It is very full & plush with soft marabou that moves with the slightest breeze. The color is a dark royal blue and it was hard to get the exact shade in the photos but it is darker than shown. (The color is most like the 2nd photo) There are 19 pierced ivory staves with both

Belt is 30" long & has 2 snaps to snap at 3 places so the tightest it could be is 25" & the largest it could be is a bit of 28"

and unmistakably theatrical — the kind of glamorous vintage stagewear that rarely surfaces today

This lovely slip is lined in a very smooth semi-sheer fabric

It is much prettier than the photos but closest to the first photo colorwise
