This is structured and firm but beautifully balanced and should drink well relatively early

fresh and ripe black pinot fruit aromas that are trimmed in warm earth wisps

This is not particularly dense but it remains solidly powerful in a sort of tautly muscular fashion

probably longer

This is also very good for its level though note that it’s built-to-age and is going to need patience

Domaine, Pavelot other_regions This is structured and firm(from Les Chaumes). Enough wood to merit pointing out is present on the vaguely exotic nose of apple compote, lychee, passion fruit and jasmine tea scents. There is both fine volume and power to the larger scaled flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the sappy, moderately long and noticeably rustic finale. This delicious effort wont win any awards for refinement, but it should repay 5 to 8 years of keeping.
